We feel that it is important for every member of staff to have a good working knowledge of all the various disciplines involved in producing quality trailers. Each of the guys are equally at home in the fabrication shop and finishing shop which is good and avoids an us and them situation.

Basically the guys can lend their hands to any job that is undertaken, which makes a happy working environment for Blue Line.
